Register a system

Start from an existing system that talks to its engine the same way; its descriptor is copied and renamed. You then adapt the descriptor, add rule files and, if needed, a connector.

What gets created

Edit descriptor.yaml: display name, timing phases, modes.
Add one rule file per recursion mode under rules/.
If the engine speaks a new protocol, add a connector in engine/connectors/ (see docs/SYSTEMS.md).
